Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an Aviator for a 12-month immersive On Premise experience. You will learn face-to-face sales, relationship-building, execution methods, and event activation standards within bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, food service, events and festivals as part of Red Bull On Premise.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager to grow the business, develop customer relations, and secure Red Bull at point-of-sale.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Previous experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss.
• Navigation of custom and standard Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term professional relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships with industry influencers.
• Learn how to use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull, surpassing prior marketing sales targets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements.
• Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market.
• Bring the brand to life at restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and events.
• Analyze sales data to gain insights, shaping plans for customers and the territory.
• Manage multiple accounts and implement On-Premise sales and marketing strategies.
