Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• SERVSAFE Certification required.
• Health Card current per state or local requirements.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles, including providing constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
