Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old and 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read/speak/write English proficiently.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service focus required.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Health Card requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and maintain satisfaction as top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team across shifts.
• Develop team through training and constructive feedback for leadership roles.
• Act as MIC and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist with achieving restaurant financial goals and communicate issues to leadership.
