Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants and other brands. Shift Managers are accountable for restaurant operations while on duty, motivating teams to deliver exceptional service and handle on‑the‑floor challenges with professionalism.

Role focuses on leadership, training, policy compliance, and helping drive financial results for the location. Strong English skills and SERVSAFE are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership exposure.
• Must maintain a Health Card per state requirements.
• Able to read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and motivate team across shifts.
• Train and develop colleagues for leadership roles.
• Act as MIC to ensure policy adherence and operations.
• Assist with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper management promptly.
