Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell locations and is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and team development. This role emphasizes strong leadership, 5-star customer service, and adherence to brand standards across all shifts.

The position requires ServSafe certification, a valid health card, and ability to pass a background check, with a focus on consistent MIC presence and financial awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership shown.
• Health Card required by state/local rules.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Criminal background check required.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service and customer satisfaction on shift.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team to meet goals and maintain appearance.
• Train and develop future leaders with constructive feedback.
• Act as MIC to ensure policy adherence and operations control.
• Assist with restaurant financial goals and P&L awareness.
• Keep leadership informed of on-site issues and actions.
