The position requires 18+ years, leadership experience, English proficiency, and the ability to pass health, background, and SERVSAFE checks while maintaining physical readiness for daily restaurant duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform required motions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed; verify duties are completed on time.
• Team Development: Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Operations Leadership: Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Profit & Loss Management: Assist leadership with achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Communication: Keep upper leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
