The role requires leading on duty, driving restaurant operations, and delivering 5-star service with a focus on coaching and development. You will ensure brand standards and effective team performance across shifts.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have restaurant leadership experience, strong English skills, and can pass background checks and SERVSAFE certification. DRG offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Health Card/Certification requirements.
• SERVSAFE Certification is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across all shifts.
• Develop individuals interested in leadership roles and provide feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure policy adherence and standards.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and communicate with leadership.
