Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Health card current per state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check required.
• Able to pass SERVSAFE certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Participate in training and development of future leaders.
• Serve as the Manager-in-Charge and enforce company policies.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Maintain open communication with upper leadership about issues.
