Responsibilities include leading and coaching staff across shifts, developing future leaders, and assisting senior leadership to meet financial goals while maintaining brand guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership.
• Health Card required per state/local rules.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Criminal Background Check required.
• SERVSAFE Certification course and exam required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk continuously, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed; verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles, with constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and enforce company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership as they arise.
