The role emphasizes leadership across teams, training future leaders, and contributing to financial goals while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirements:Stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed; ensure duties completed on time.
• Team Development: Train and develop individuals for leadership roles with constructive feedback.
• Operations Leadership: Serve as MIC and uphold company policies and standards.
• Profit & Loss Management: Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Communication: Inform upper leadership about any issues at the restaurant.
