This role offers hands-on administrative experience in a dynamic office environment and exposure to high-profile accounts. Responsibilities include mail/shipping processing, print/reprographics support, front desk presence, meeting-room setup, and general administrative assistance while delivering professional customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• High school diploma with 6+ months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mail and shipping support across inbound/outbound parcels.
• Print/reprographics: scanning, binding, and copying support.
• Office and facility support including meeting room setups.
• Front desk and guest services: welcome visitors and manage calls.
• Administrative and client support with excellent customer service.
