Job summary

SPS North America Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks an On-Call Office Services Specialist (Floating) to provide mail, shipping, and front-desk support in a dynamic office environment.

You will assist with print/reprographics, office setup, and client services, traveling as needed within the assigned region. A high school diploma and 6+ months experience are preferred, with 50% physical tasks and opportunities for growth.

• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping Support: Process inbound/outbound mail and packages with accurate custody and procedures.
• Print & Reprographics Assistance: Support copy/print, scanning, imaging, and binding; ensure equipment is stocked and functioning.
• Office & Facility Support: Maintain organized spaces, restock supplies, support meeting setups, light maintenance.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, manage calls/logs, provide concierge-style experience.
• Administrative & Client Support: Provide general administrative assistance and strong customer service.
