Job summary

SPS North America is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) to assist with administrative support, mail and shipping, and hospitality services. You will support print/reprographics, maintain office spaces, and provide a professional guest experience at client sites.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology.

Responsibilities

• Print & Reprographics: support copy/print production, scanning, imaging, binding, and maintain equipment.
• Office & Facility Support: organize spaces, restock supplies, assist with meeting room setups and light maintenance.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: greet visitors, handle calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
• Travel: assignments within SPS region (approx. 25 miles radius) and between SPS sites as needed.
