SPS is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) to provide administrative support, mail and shipping, and workplace hospitality across client sites. This role offers exposure to multiple high-profile environments and a flexible, supplemental income opportunity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and guests.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office technology.
• Highly organized, multitasker, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma with 6+ months of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping: process inbound/outbound mail with custody and shipping procedures.
• Print & Reprographics: support copy/print, scanning, imaging, and binding.
• Office & Facility: keep spaces organized, restock supplies, assist with meeting rooms.
• Front Desk: greet visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
• Administrative & Client Support: assist with general admin and strong customer service.
