Job summary

SPS North America in Chicago, IL seeks an On-Call Office Services Specialist (Floating) to provide flexible, supplemental income while gaining hands-on experience in administrative support, mail & shipping, and workplace hospitality. This role offers exposure to multiple high-profile client sites and autonomous responsibilities.

Responsibilities include mail/shipping processing, print/reprographics support, front desk services, and general admin duties with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills applicable to clients, guests, and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office technology and MFD equipment.
• Highly organized, multitasking, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort mail and packages with proper custody and shipping procedures.
• Support print, scan, imaging, and binding services with functional equipment.
• Maintain organized office spaces and support meeting room setups.
• Welcome visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
• Provide general administrative support and strong customer service.
