SPS North America is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist (Floating) in Austin, Texas. You will provide admin support, mail/shipping handling, and front desk services while helping maintain a professional, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities include processing mail, supporting print and reprographics, and assisting with meeting room setups. A high school diploma and 6+ months of experience are preferred, with travel within SPS sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology (MFD equipment).
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months of work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process inbound/outbound mail and packages with proper custody.
• Assist copy/print, scanning, imaging, and binding; maintain equipment.
• Keep office spaces organized and support meeting setups.
• Greet visitors, manage calls, and provide concierge-style service to clients.
• Provide general administrative support and build client relationships.
