SPS is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) to provide administrative support, mail and shipping, and workplace hospitality. The role involves front desk duties, client interaction, and light maintenance, with travel within the SPS network.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. This on-call, flexible position offers exposure to multiple client sites and opportunities

Formación

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to operate office technology including MFD devices.
• Highly organized, multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures for shipping/receiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle mail and shipping responsibilities with accuracy.
• Support print/reprographics including scanning and binding services.
• Assist with office and facility needs and meeting room setups.
• Greet visitors, manage calls, and provide concierge-style client experience.
• Provide general administrative support and excellent customer service.
