Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Salisbury, MD to perform maintenance tasks across a multifamily community on-site. You will conduct corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready work and safety checks.

You will respond to resident requests, assist with inspections, manage inventory, and keep accurate maintenance logs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records and follow safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
