Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with responsibilities spanning common areas, units, and pool care.

Daily on-site presence and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager are essential. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, along with knowledge of safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform community and unit maintenance as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Attend daily on-site duties and respond to work orders promptly.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs as required.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and address issues.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inventory management.
