Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance as assigned.
• Assist with make-ready, turnover, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Maintain safety standards and document service requests and logs.
