Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with preventive, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across the community. You will support make-ready tasks under supervision, helping maintain safe, well-kept facilities and respond to resident requests in a timely manner.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform make-ready tasks and maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop.
• Monitor and maintain pool chemical logs and routine inspections.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
