Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across communities. The role includes corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance, plus handling make-ready tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. On-call availability and timely responses to work orders are essential.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws. Reliable transport is required to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process to meet property standards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant work practices in all activities.
• Assist in scheduling and completing maintenance/repair projects and turns.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
