Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assist with the make-ready process to meet property objectives.

You will respond to resident requests, keep accurate records, and uphold safety standards per OSHA guidelines. The role requires on-site work, teamwork, and occasional on-call duties to ensure property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and upkeep of common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and safety practices per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
