Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. You will perform make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and working knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas; keep accurate logs.
