Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's maintenance programs, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will work under supervision to ensure make-ready standards and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires regular onsite attendance, responsiveness to work orders, and adherence to safety and OSHA guidelines. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are needed, with on-call availability as part of duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes across the property including routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and assist with make-ready tasks.
• Assist in on-site safety, OSHA compliance, and recordkeeping.
