Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You’ll handle corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, contribute to make-ready processes, and assist in safety and documentation practices.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work with on-call shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.

• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
