Job summary

JCPenney in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies, including Customer Service & Sales, and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process orders, manage fulfillment tasks, and support stock and register transactions, aiming to meet performance standards and deliver a positive omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school degree or equivalent required.
• Results-driven with the ability to drive sales and customer service; holds self accountable to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, promote products and services, and collaborate with teammates.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, pack correctly and complete ship-from-store and BOPIS activities.
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, binning, and reporting; maintain stock area; process order deliveries/returns at register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory with Merchandise team and participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance targets.
