Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers; delivers outstanding customer service and promotes products.
• Monitors Enterprise Fulfillment systems, packs orders, and acknowledges completion.
• Researches jcp.com order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in; assists with stock organization and stock area maintenance.
• Replenishes store stock and participates in annual inventory process.
• Meets performance standards including shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
