Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities across Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting products, processing orders, stocking merchandise, and supporting inventory processes while consistently meeting shrink, safety, and attendance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promote products and services, and resolve issues.
• Monitor and execute Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com tasks accurately.
• Support stock replenishment, order processing, and checkout transactions.
• Participate in inventory and general store operations with a sense of ownership.
• Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, and attendance.
