Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.

Primary responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting products, processing orders, stocking and inventory tasks, and supporting omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate problem solving, strong customer focus, and accountability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, promote products and services, and resolve issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: Monitor fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, complete Ship from Store and BOPIS tasks.
• jcp.com Operations: Research order issues, manage stock and reporting, assist with stock area organization, process order deliveries and returns at the register.
• General Operations: Replenish store inventory with Merchandising, participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards: Meet standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity and attendance.
