Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and process orders; monitor fulfillment systems, pack orders, and handle in-store shipments; work with merchandise and stock areas; participate in inventory and meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent is required.
• Solves problems and makes smart decisions that drive sales, profit and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers in finding products and delivers outstanding service.
• Monitors and processes orders and shipments through Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com systems.
• Replenishes stock and maintains organized stock areas; participates in inventory.
