Qualifications

• Work experience - Minimum 1-2 years.
• Education - Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers in finding products; demonstrates customer service behaviors; resolves problems and promotes products.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors fulfillment systems, picks orders, and packs shipments to meet timelines.
• jcp.com Operations - Investigates order shortages/overages, completes shipment check-in, and reports on stock areas and transactions.
• General Operations - Replenishes store inventory and participates in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - Meets standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance.
