Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales and general operations.

The role involves greeting customers, promoting products, monitoring Fulfillment systems, packing orders, and processing Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store tasks. You will also replenish stock and support annual inventory, while meeting performance standards across operations and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred; HS degree required.
• Ability to resolve issues and promote excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - greet, assist customers and promote products.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - monitor fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, process Ship from Store/Buy Online Pickup in Store.
• jcp.com Operations - research order issues, stock organization, process orders at the register.
• General Operations - replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.
• Meet performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, productivity and attendance.
