Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will engage customers, promote products, and partner with teammates to deliver exceptional service on the sales floor and across omnichannel operations.

You will help monitor fulfillment processes, assist with order check‑in, packing, and store logistics while supporting the daily operations that drive customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promote products and services, and deliver outstanding service.
• Support Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com operations according to store procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store maintenance.
