Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities across Customer Service & Sales, fulfillment and store operations. You will engage with customers and work with team members to deliver excellent service.

The role covers monitoring fulfillment processes, packing orders, completing ship-from-store tasks, and supporting inventory and stock organization while upholding performance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding customer service.
• Promotes products and services and resolves issues.
• Monitors Enterprise Fulfillment systems and packs orders.
• Researches jcp.com order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in.
• Participates in annual inventory and supports general operations.
