Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to support the Office of the General Counsel in evaluating conflicts for incoming attorneys and new client business. The role offers hybrid work with in-office presence in Boston, and may require coordination across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience (or a degree), strong investigative and data-handling skills, and proficiency with Intapp Open.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum three years of professional interpersonal skills, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• At least two years in a law firm or professional services environment; two years with Intapp Open preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding conflict check results and required information.
• Update conflicts databases and conduct corporate research to verify information.
• Obtain guidance from attorneys or Conflicts staff to evaluate conflicts (lateral candidates, potential clients, etc.).
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review using various sources.
• Analyze responses and address potential or actual conflicts; protect confidential information.
• Support with maintaining sensitive data and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
