Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyze standard conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client matters, including advisory, NDAs, and transactional checks. The role supports hybrid and in-office work from Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Chicago or Washington, D.C.

You will collaborate with attorneys and staff, update conflicts databases, conduct corporate research, and ensure confidentiality and data integrity across conflict reviews.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies
• Professional interpersonal skills and liaison with attorneys, management, staff and outside contacts
• Strong organizational skills to manage time, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
• Experience in conflicts checks and familiarity with firm processes would be beneficial

Responsabilités

• Communicate conflict check results and validate information
• Update conflicts databases and perform research to verify information
• Obtain guidance from attorneys to evaluate conflicts
• Research corporate entities for conflicts review using databases and sources
• Analyze responses and address potential or actual conflicts
• Protect confidential and sensitive information handled by the firm
