Latham & Watkins LLP seeks an OGC Analyst – Conflicts, Laterals to analyze conflicts reports for incoming lateral candidates across offices and ensure accuracy per questionnaires. Hybrid schedule may be available with in-office presence in multiple cities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years in a law firm or professional services, plus experience with Intapp Open. Strong analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with attorneys, management, staff and contacts.
• Organizational skills to manage time, prioritize deadlines and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer conflicts review for lateral attorney candidates and assist with questionnaire completion.
• Obtain guidance from attorneys or conflicts staff across jurisdictions to evaluate conflicts.
• Analyze conflicts reports and determine matters needing further review or Ethics Committee action.
• Prepare summaries of conflicts reports and report resolutions to sponsoring attorneys and recruiting.
