Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks an OGC Analyst – Conflicts to support the Office of the General Counsel. You will analyze conflicts reports for lateral candidates across partners, counsel, and staff, validate questionnaire data, and collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate, jurisdiction-specific reviews.

Ideal candidates bring strong problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in law firms or professional services and familiarity with Intapp Open.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies.
• Professional interpersonal skills to interface with attorneys, management, staff and outside contacts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time, prioritize deadlines and multi‑project workload.

Responsibilities

• Administer conflicts reviews for all lateral attorney candidates and assist completion of conflicts questionnaires.
• Consult with attorneys and Conflicts staff to evaluate requirements across jurisdictions.
• Analyze conflicts reports to identify matters needing further review and coordinate with Ethics Committee.
