Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to support the Office of the General Counsel. The role focuses on preparing and analyzing conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business, including advisory, NDA and transactional checks across multiple offices.

Hybrid in-office presence is available. You will communicate results, update databases, conduct corporate research, and protect highly sensitive information while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze standard conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business.
• Update conflicts databases and conduct corporate research to confirm information accuracy.
• Obtain guidance from attorneys and Conflicts staff to evaluate conflicts (lateral candidate, potential client, etc.).
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review using various sources.
• Analyze responses from attorneys regarding potential or actual conflicts and maintain confidential information.
