Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting for the Office of the General Counsel in Chicago. The role analyzes conflicts for incoming attorneys and new client business using Intapp Open and prepares reports for attorneys, analysts, and staff.

Hybrid/in-office schedule is possible. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in a legal or professional services environment, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience with conflicts checks and data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex matters and generate conflicts reports for new business and lateral hires.
• Run reports using the conflicts database to support the Ethics and Client Intake committees.
• Train and mentor junior staff and communicate results to attorneys and staff.
• Maintain and update data in the conflicts database; verify information accuracy.
