Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is hiring an Office Services Associate Floater in Santa Monica, CA. The role supports reprographics, mail, and intake tasks across multiple accounts within a geographic area on a rotating basis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

The position requires strong client service skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working with various office equipment. This Floater helps ensure smooth daily back-office operations for our teams and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of office services experience preferred in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with mail, phone, email, and reprographics equipment.
• Able to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before starting.
• Perform reprographics, mail, and intake functions per procedures.
• Meet contracted deadlines for all work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Interact with clients in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Follow client and Williams Lea policies.
