Job summary

RR Donnelley in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Office Services Associate Floater to provide daily back office services for our client and teams, including reprographics and mail across physical and digital environments.

You will support hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed, rotating across accounts within the geography to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of office services experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Proficient with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before starting.
• Perform reprographics, mail and intake functions per procedures.
• Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
• Communicate with supervisor or client on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Assist with other Williams Lea service lines as needed.
