Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office services experience preferred (legal/banking/large corporate environment).
• Proficient with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate office services tasks including reprographics, mail, and intake functions.
• Fill out job tickets accurately and run jobs in proper order.
• Communicate with supervisor or client on deadlines and issues.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Provide quality assurance on own work and that of others.
