Job summary

SPS North America Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Client Services Associate who elevates the workplace experience by coordinating mail, logistics, and front-of-house support with a professional, proactive attitude.

You will manage mail lifecycles, maintain show-ready spaces, keep devices running, assist with reception duties, and participate in office moves and inventory tasks, delivering 5-star service to employees and guests.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in hospitality, retail, or office services.
• Physical ability: stand/walk most of the day; lift up to 40 lbs (or use a cart up to 60 lbs).
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail and packages lifecycle with chain-of-custody software.
• Maintain show-ready spaces: offices, kitchens, conference rooms.
• Keep MFDs and copy/print equipment running; respond when down.
• Assist with reception/concierge as backup.
• Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
