Job summary

SPS North America in Seattle, WA seeks a Client Services Lead to oversee the mailroom, shipping/receiving, and front-desk coverage, ensuring prompt, courteous service and professional image. You will manage inbound/outbound mail, replenish supplies, coordinate with vendors, train backup staff, and build strong relationships with employees across the site.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Provides high-level customer service to all employees.
• Handles inbound/outbound mail and packages with accuracy.
• Manages shipping/receiving and office supply replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees in all forms of communication.
• Receives inbound mail/packages and inputs into chain of custody software.
• Manages outgoing mail/package transactions and shipping/receiving duties.
• Notifies employees on inbound deliveries and distributes mail.
• Acts as point of contact for mail/package inquiries and front-of-office coverage.
• Performs routine maintenance of office machines and replenishes supplies.
• Trains backups and provides guidance on policies and procedures.
• Creates reports on team progress and coordinates with supervisor.
