Job summary

SPS North America seeks a Client Services Associate to manage mailroom operations, deliver excellent customer service, and perform light facilities duties. You will handle inbound/outbound mail, shipments, and basic office support while maintaining a professional company image.

You will respond to staff inquiries, track packages, and assist with copier and supply needs, with opportunities for cross-training and occasional vehicle use. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound mail and package handling and tracking
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages to staff
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries related to mail center
• Maintain clean and organized mail center and supply areas
• Assist with light facilities duties and safety procedures
• Cross-train in other mailroom operations
