Job summary

SPS North America in Arlington, TX seeks a Client Services Associate to keep our workplace running smoothly, delivering 5-star service to employees and guests.

You will manage mail logistics, ensure VIP readiness of kitchens and meeting spaces, keep devices working, and support reception as needed.

The role combines hospitality, logistics, and light facilities work, with opportunities to grow into facilities leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services is a plus.
• Physical: standing/walking most of the day; lift up to 40 lbs (60 lbs with cart).
• Communication: sharp verbal and written skills for coordination.
• Travel: negligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail and packages lifecycle with custody software and outbound shipping.
• Maintain show-ready facilities including kitchens and conference rooms.
• Keep office equipment running and act as first responder for devices.
• Support reception and concierge tasks as backup when needed.
• Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
