Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Lead in Seattle to oversee office/mail operations, ship/receive materials, maintain supplies, and support front desk coverage. The role focuses on delivering 5-star service to SPS employees and clients, while maintaining a professional image and efficient operations.

The Lead will work with supervision to schedule tasks, train backups, and ensure accurate packing and shipping procedures, with strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years prior work experience preferred.
• 1+ year of lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees and visitors.
• Receives inbound mail and inputs into chain of custody software.
• Manages outgoing mail and shipments.
• Performs shipping/receiving of materials.
• Notifies employees upon inbound deliveries and distributes mail.
• Manages front-of-office coverage and reception when needed.
• Performs light maintenance and cleaning duties and keeps areas neat.
• Trains backups and provides guidance on policies and procedures.
