Qualifikationen

• Proven business development and sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions.
• Demonstrated success hunting for new business and growing revenue in competitive OEM markets.
• Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation solutions, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB's Motion Drive Products portfolio with OEMs in industrial machinery segments.
• Develop and execute 1-3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts and expand ABB's share of wallet.
• Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM execution in Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor industry trends and translate market needs into actionable growth plans.
